If you are requesting progress updates, attendance verification, or clinical summaries, attach a signed Release of Information (ROI) or ensure the participant will complete one. |

What Happens After You Refer
- Our referral team reviews the submission for completeness
- We contact the patient/participant to schedule or begin enrollment
- We provide verification and reporting based on authorization and referral requirements
- For court/probation programs, certificates and attendance verification are provided upon completion and as permitted
Billing & Payment
- Private Pay: Most court-ordered anger management services are private pay
- Insurance: May be accepted when anger management is part of a broader behavioral health treatment plan and medical necessity criteria are met
- Sliding Scale: Available for individuals experiencing financial hardship, when eligible
